Our Cocktail Making Classes, taught by our industry expert mixologists, are a unique and fun way of experiencing some of the finest cocktails in town, as well as makin’ and shakin’ your very own.
Usually lasting for at least 2 hours, and including at least 4 drinks per person, they are perfect for your Hen Party, Birthday Party, Staff Party, Christmas Party or any other social gathering or corporate event you may have.
We come to YOU!!! To your Home, Office, Holiday House or Hotel Function Room. We’ll bring all the equipment, drinks, ice, garnishes, glasses + the FUN. All we need from you is space, parking and access to clean water.
Our mixologist will demonstrate how to make each drink, and give you the tools to make each cocktail. Every drink will be followed by a fun drinking game.

MARTINI MADNESS
I like my coffee like I like my vodka; in a martini!
Originally martinis were all wet, then they become dry or dirty. Find out how Gin with Vermouth eventually became the martinis we all know and love.
Starting with an explanation of the tools and techniques used, our mixologist will give you the equipment and teach you how to make a Classic Gin Martini, an Espresso Martini, a Porn Star Martini, and finish off with a French Martini.

Cocktails are rapidly becoming the drink of choice, thanks to the global celebration of happy hour. In this class we will teach you about the nation’s favourite cocktails, and how and why they rose to dominate cocktail menus worldwide.
Starting off with cool Cuban Strawberry Daiquiri, our mixologist will take you on a journey of discovery, and show you all the techniques and secrets, so you can make the fresh Mojito, the tasty Cosmopolitan and the ever-popular Old Fashioned.

A GIN TING
Gin – because no good story started with a salad.
In this class, we will teach you all the cheeky origins, applications and secrets surrounding our favourite spirit.
From a fruity Raspberry Tom Collins and a refreshing English Garden to a complex Negroni and a sweet and sour Bramble, you will make and sample 4 of (what we think are) the best gin cocktails from around the globe.
